This is where knowing ur class really comes into play. This is why i still think officiers should take the responsibility of their raid members of the same class.
We need to evaluate what we legitimately have in order to see what we truly need. Some people just don't pull their weight in the guild, and if we really want to maximize our raid time we need to replace these kinds of people. So based on the three things mentioned above i think we need to go threw the roster in order to see what we need for our raid core.
I know this kinda seems hardcore, but it isn't. We just need to find people who are going to show up for the 3 days and get the job done. For the people that can't handle that, we need to cut the fat and put them at the bottom of the barrel. Let me know what you guys think. |

Well for attendance check I use "headcount". It's more for loot then attendance though.
Additionally, Laylanie's DKP addon also shows who was here, what loot was given out, and so on and so on.
And I believe you can export it to excel or a text file as well.

Hmm.. before we say what class we need (other then heal and tanks) we need to find out how these class bring synergy to the raid.

| we need to get our classes that we need figured out, and then we need to update them on our homepage. Classing currently being recruited by that chart is pretty much everything. Need to change it asap. |

As I've said before.
I leave them all as OPEN because you never know when a really good rogue, or a really good DK dps might come along.
If you make them closed they won't apply.

I have a question.. Did you want to count all possible raid buffs or only the more powerful if it can be overridden? For example my pet gives a raidbuff of fel intelligence which gives intel and spirit but Mage intel buff and priest spirit buff overrides it.. Side note if you do want the more powerful buff then you need to take blood pact off bc commanding shout is more powerful

Doesnt look bad, as far as some of the missing buffs. Enhance cover 2 of them: trueshot aura is overwritten by unleashed rage and windfury totem overrides icy talons. Also ferocious inspiration is overwritten by arcane empowerment which we also have. Only thing we really need is a feral druid. Horny will most likely be around for next week, but needs to regem/reenchant all his gear. I told him i would ask if the guild could supply him with the gems because hes spend alot of gold on his current setup severely need a main spec tank in order to progress. I just think it would be a good idea if we could support his spec change to feral dps by and get him back in the rotation. Just asking for a lil bit of out the huge supply of gbank mats that we have in order to get one of our best raiders interested in wow again.
Also, we need to make sure that we are getting all the debuffs during raid. Something like faerie fire can really make a huge difference in dps, even tho it probably hinders a boomkin's dps. |
