Mounts

* All ground mounts had their cast time changed from 3 sec to 1.5 sec.
* Argent Charger has been added to the game.

Death Knight (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Blood

* Blood Strike now gets 50% of its total damamage increased for each of your diseases on the target. (Up from 12.5%)
* Dancing Rune Weapon now lasts 12 sec and costs 60 Runic Power. (Up from 40 Runic Power)
* Veteran of the Third War now increases your total Strength by 2/4/6% and Stamina by 1/2/3%.
* Scent of Blood 10 sec cooldown has been removed.


Frost

* Frost Strike now causes 55% weapon damage (down from 60%) plus 110.55 (down from 120.6) at max rank. It can now be dodged/blocked/parried.
* Icebound fortitude cooldown has been increased from 1 min to 2 min.
* Chaisn of Ice now reduces the target movement speed by 95%. (Down from 100%)
* Frost Presence now increases Stamina by 6% instead of total health by 10%.
* Blood of the North changed from 5 to 3 ranks. Now increases Blood Strike and Frost Strike damage by 3/6/10% and gives a 30/60/100% chance that the Blood Rune will become a Death Rune whenever you hit with Blood Strike or Pestilence.
* Lichborne now lasts 10 sec (down from 15 sec). Cooldown reduced from 3 min to 2 min.
* Toughness now increases your armor value from items by 2/4/6/8/10%. (down from 3/6/9/12/15%)
* Threat of Thassarian (New Talent, Tier 8 ) - When dual-wielding, your Death Strikes, Obliterates, Plague Strikes, Blood Strikes and Frost Strikes have a 30/60/100% chance to also deal damage with your off-hand weapon.


Unholy

* Scourge Strike now deals 40% of weapon damage (down from 45%) plus 317.5 (down from 357.2) at max rank. Total damage increased by 10% (down from 11%) per each of your diseases on the target.
* Desecration has been reduced from Tier 7 to Tier 6 and reduced from 5 to 2 ranks. Now slows the target in the area by 25/50% and no longer increases damage.
* Unholy Blight now Causes the victims of your Death Coil to be surrounded by a vile swarm of unholy insects, taking 30% of the damage done by the Death Coil over 10 sec.
* Desolation (New Talent) - Your Blood Strikes cause you to deal 1/2/3/4/5% additional damage with all attacks for the next 20 sec.


Druid (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Feral

* Mangle (Cat) now causes 200% normal damage plus 566 (down from 634) damage at max rank.
* Rip now causes [ 6/12/18/24/30% of AP + 774/1332/1890/2448/3006 ] damage over 12 sec at max rank. (Down from [ 6/12/18/24/30% of AP + 828/1422/2016/2610/3204 ] damage)
* Shred now shred the target for 226% damage plus 666 at max rank. (Down from 742.5)
* Swipe now inflicts 250% weapon damage. (Down from 260%)


Balance

* Eclipse cooldowns changed - Each effect lasts 15 sec and each has a separate 30 sec cooldown. Both effects cannot occur simultaneously.
* Owlkin Frenzy now also restores 2% base mana every 2 sec. Lasts 10 sec.
* Balance of Power Increases your chance to hit with all spells and reduces the damage taken by all spells by 3/6%. (Old - Reduced chance you'll be hit by spells 2/4%)


Restoration

* Lifebloom now heals the target for 480/616/776 (down from 600/770/970) when Lifebloom complete its duration or is dispelled.
* Improved Barkskin now Grants 80/160% additional armor while in Travel Form or while not shapeshifted, increases the damage reduction granted by your Barkskin spell by 5/10% and reduces the chance your Barkskin is dispelled by 35/70%.
* Empowered Touch now gives your Nourish spell an additional 20% of your bonus healing effects as well.


Hunter (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Beast Mastery

* Aspect of the Cheetah is now trainable at level 16.
* Catlike Reflexes now has an additional effect - reduces the cooldown of your Kill Command ability by 10/20/30 sec.


Survival

* All traps now lasts for 30 seconds instead of 1 minute.
* Hunting Party's replenishment effect now regens 1% of the maximum mana per 5 sec. (Down from 0.25% of the maximum mana per second)
* T.N.T. now affects Black Arrow.
* Lock and Load now affects Explosive Trap and the effect has a 22 sec cooldown.
* Entrapment no longer affects Immolation and Explosive Trap.


Pets

* Sonic Blast (Bat) now costs 80 Focus.


Mage
(3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Arcane

* Arcane Blast now uses 7% of base mana. (Down from 8% of base mana)
* Slow Fall now only works on friendly party or raid target.


Fire

* Molten Armor now causes 75/150 Fire damage (down from 170/170)
* Burnout now increases the spell's cost on non-periodic spell criticals instead of all criticals.
* Hot Streak now proc Any time you score 2 non-periodic spell crit.
* Empowered Fire has a new effect - In addition, each time your Ignite talent causes damage, you have a 33/67/100% chance to regain 2% of your base mana.
* Ignite now proc from non-periodic critical strikes instead of all critical strikes.


Frost

* Enduring Winter now cannot occur more often than once every 6 sec.


Paladin (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Holy

* Exorcism now has a 1.5 sec cast time.
* Flash of Light now has an additional effect - If the target has the Sacred Shield effect, they heal an additional 100% over 12 sec.
* Light's Beacon now has a 60 yards radius (up from 40 yards) and an instant casting time. (Down from 1.5 sec)
* Judgement of Light now heals the attack for 2% of his/her maximum health.
* Illumination now give you a chance to gain mana equal to 30% of the base cost of the spell. (Down from 60%)
* Improved Lay on Hands now Grants the target of your Lay on Hands spell 20% reduced physical damage taken for 15 sec.
* Divine Intellect now increases your total Intellect by 2/4/6/8/10%. (Down from 3/6/9/12/15%)


Protection

* Shield of Righteousness now causes Holy damage equal to 100% of your block value (down from 130%) and now causes High threat.
* Greater Blessing of Sanctuary now also increases stamina by 10%.
* Blessing of Sanctuary now also increases stamina by 10%.
* Hand of Reckoning now causes [ 50% of AP + 1 ] Holy damage if the target is not currently targeting you.
* Righteous Fury now lasts until cancelled.
* Ardent Defender has been redesigned - Damage that would take you below 35% health or taken while you are at 35% health is reduced by 10/20/30%. In addition, attacks which would otherwise kill you cause you to be healed up to 10/20/30% of your maximum health. This healing effect cannot occur more often than once every 2 min.


Retribution

* Seal of Vengeance now deals [ 13% of AP + 6.5% of Spell Power ] Holy damage (down from [ 15% of AP + 7.8% of Spell Power ]) and has a new effect - Once stacked to 5 times, each of the Paladin's attacks also deals 33% weapon damage as additional Holy damage.
* Vindication now Gives the Paladin's damaging melee attacks a chance to reduce the target's attack power by 23/46 for 10 sec.
* Crusader Strike now causes 75% weapon damage. (Down from 110%)
* The Art of War now reduces the cast time of your next Flash of Light or Exorcism ability by 0.75 sec everytime your melee attacks critically hit.
* Judgement of the Wise now affects your damaging Judgement spells (Old - All Judgement spells) and Replenishment effect now regens 1% of the maximum mana per 5 sec. (Down from 0.25% every sec)
* Eye for an Eye now causes 10% (down from 20%) of the damage taken to the attacker as well.
* Seal of Command has been redesigned - All melee attacks deal [ 36% of mw ] to [ 36% of MW ] additional Holy damage. Lasts 30 min. Unleashing this Seal's energy will judge an enemy, instantly causing [ 8% of AP + 13% of Spell Power + 19% of mw ] to [ 8% of AP + 13% of Spell Power + 19% of MW ] Holy damage.


Priest (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Discipline

* Penance now has a 12 sec cooldown. (Up from 10 sec)
* Levitate now only affects a friendly party or raid target.


Holy

* Holy Concentration now procs from Empowered Renew instead of Renew.
* Inspiration now Reduces your target's physical damage taken by 3/7/10% instead of increasing its armor by 8/16/25%.


Shadow

* Vampiric Touch's replenishment effect now regens 1% of the maximum mana per 5 sec. (Down from 0.25% of the maximum mana per second)


Rogue (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Combat

* Combat Potency now affects all off-hand melee attacks.
* Sword Specialization has been renamed to Hack and Slash and affects Axes.


Subtlety

* Shadow Dance cooldown has been reduced from 2 min to 1 min.


Shaman (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)

* Call of Air - Simultaneously places up to 4 totems specified in the Totem Bar. Can call different totems that Call of Fire or Call of Water.
* Call of Water - Simultaneously places up to 4 totems specified in the Totem Bar. Can call different totems that Call of Fire.
* Call of Fire - Simultaneously places up to 4 totems specified in the Totem Bar.
* Totemic Call has been renamed to Call of Earth - Returns your totems to the earth, giving you 25% of the mana required to cast each totem destroyed by Call of Earth.


Elemental Combat

* Flame Shock, Earth Shock, Earth Shock, Wind Shock range has been increased from 20 yards to 25 yards.
* Elemental Oath now affects non-periodic spell critical strikes.
* Elemental Focus now affects non periodic critical strikes.
* Elemental Devastation now affects non-periodic offensive spell crits.


Enhancement

* Shamanistic Rage now regenerate mana equal to 15% of your attack power (down from 30%) and has a 1 minute cooldown. (Down from 2 min)
* Ghost Wolf now has a new effect - As a Ghost Wolf, the Shaman is less hindered by effects that would reduce movement speed.


Restoration

* Tidal Waves has been changed to - When you cast Chain Heal or Riptide, you have a 100% chance to lower the cast time of your Healing Wave spell by 30% and increase the critical effect chance of your Lesser Healing Wave spell by 25%, until two such spells have been cast. In addition, your Healing Wave gains an additional 4/8/12/16/20% of your bonus healing effects and your Lesser Healing Wave gains an additional 2/4/6/8/10% of your bonus healing effects.
* Nature's Guardian now give you a 100% chance to increase your maximum health by 15% for 10 sec instead of 50% chance to heal for 10% of your total health. Cooldown increased from 8 second to 30 second.
* Mana Tide Totem now has 10% of the caster's health. (Up from 5 health)
* Nature's Swiftness now has a 2 min cooldown. (Down from 3 min)
* Improved Water Shield no longer consumes a Water Shield Orb when you gain a critical effect from your spells, now also has a 10/20/30% chance to proc from Chain Heal.
* Ancestral Healing now reduces your target's physical damage taken by 3/7/10% instead of increasing its armor by 8/16/25%.


Warlock (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Affliction

* Pandemic now also increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Haunt spell by 100%.


Demonology

* Soulshatter now has a 3 min cooldown. (Down from 5 min)
* Banish - Casting Banish on a banished target will cancel the spell.
* Fel Domination cooldown has been reduced from 15 min to 3 min.


Destruction

* Fire and Brimstone now increases the damage done by your Incinerate and Chaos Bolt spells to target afflicted by your Immolate by 2/4/6/8/10% (down from 3/6/9/12/15%).
* Empowered Imp now has a chance to increase your spell critical hit chance for your next spell by 100%. (Up from 20%)
* Improved Soul Leech's replenishment effect now regens 1% of the maximum mana per 5 sec. (Down from 0.25% of the maximum mana per second)


Warrior (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Fury

* Intimidating Shout now makes enemies unable to move while feared.


Arms

* Blood Frenzy - 10% attack speed modifier now only affects melee attack speed
* Armored to the Teeth now Increases your attack power by 3 for every 108 armor value you have. (Old - 3 AP every 180 Armor)



Also, the new boss in VoA will be Koralon the Flame Watcher.

New achievements being added for the new BG, Isle of Conquest.

Two new holidays, Pirate's Day / Day of the Dead and Pilgrim's bounty. Most likely will be added to the Violet proto-drake achievement.

Season 7 arena gear will be called Relentless Gladiator's (insert item name).

3 bosses revealed (sortof) in Call of the Crusader raids, with a hint at the 4th.
IceHowl, enemy heroes (I assume it'll be sortof an Iron Council fight but with more bosses), Val'kyr twins, and possibly the return of Anub'arak.

Also, some new trinkets revealed:

* Coliseum 5 Tank Trinket -- Each time a melee attack strikes you, you have a chance to gain ? armor for 10 sec.

* Coliseum 5 Healer Trinket -- Each time you cast a helpful spell, you have a chance to gain 500 mana.

* Coliseum 5 CasterTrinket -- Each time you cast a harmful spell, you have a chance to gain 590 spell power for 10 sec.

* Coliseum 5 Melee Trinket -- Each time you hit with a melee or ranged attack, you have a chance to gain 590 attack power for 10 sec.

* Coliseum 25 Normal Healer Trinket -- Each time you cast a helpful spell, you gain 16 mana per 5 sec. for 10 sec. Stacks up to 8 times.

* Coliseum 25 Normal Melee Trinket -- When you deal damage you have a chance to gain Paragon, increasing your Strength or Agility by 450 for 15 sec. Your highest stat is always chosen.

* Coliseum 25 Normal Caster Trinket -- You gain an Mote of Flame each time you cause a damaging spell critical strike. When you reach 3 Motes, they will release, firing a Pillar of Flame for 694 to 806 damage. Mote of Flame cannot be gained more often than once every 2.5 sec.

Tier 9 Set Bonuses and Relics
Death Knight

* Death Knight T9 Melee 2P Bonus (Class: Death Knight) -- Your Blood Strike and Heart Strike abilities have a chance to grant you 180 additional strength for 15 sec.
* Death Knight T9 Melee 4P Bonus (Class: Death Knight) -- Your Frost Fever and Blood Plague abiltiies now have a chance for their damage to be critical strikes.
* Death Knight T9 Tank 2P Bonus (Class: Death Knight) -- Decreases the cooldown on your Dark Command ability by 2 sec.
* Death Knight T9 Tank 4P Bonus (Class: Death Knight) -- Decreases the cooldown on your Unbreakable Armor, Vampiric Blood, and Boneshield abilities by 20 sec.


Druid

* Druid T9 Feral 2P Bonus (Class: Druid) -- Decreases the cooldown on your Growl ability by 2 sec and increases the duration of your Rake ability by 3 sec.
* Druid T9 Feral 4P Bonus (Class: Druid) -- Increases the damage reduction granted by Barkskin by 10% and increases the critical strike chance of Rip and Ferocious Bite by 5%.
* Druid T9 Balance 2P Bonus (Moonfire) (Class: Druid) -- Your Moonfire ability now has a chance for its periodic damage to be critical strikes.
* Druid T9 Balance 4P Bonus (Starfire) (Class: Druid) -- Increases the critical strike chance of your Starfire spell by 5%.
* Druid T9 Restoration 2P Bonus (Nourish) (Class: Druid) -- Increases the critical strike chance of your Nourish spell by 5%.
* Druid T9 Restoration 4P Bonus (Rejuvenation) (Class: Druid) -- Your Rejuvenation ability now has a chance for its healing to be critical strikes.


Hunter

* Hunter T9 2P Bonus (Class: Hunter) -- Reduces the focus cost of your pet's abilities by 50%.
* Hunter T9 4P Bonus (Steady Shot) (Class: Hunter) -- Increases the critical strike chance of your Steady Shot ability by 5%.


Mage

* Mage T9 2P Bonus (Class: Mage) -- Increases the armor you gain from Ice Armor by 20%, the mana regeneration you gain from Mage Armor by 10%, and converts an additional 25% of your spirit into critical strike rating when Molten Armor is active.
* Mage T9 4P Bonus (Fireball, Frostbolt, Frostfire Bolt, and Arcane Blast) (Class: Mage) -- Increases the critical strike chance of your Fireball, Frostbolt, Frostfire Bolt, and Arcane Blast spells by 5%.


Paladin

* Paladin T9 Tank 2P Bonus (Class: Paladin) -- Decreases the cooldown on your Righteous Defense ability by 2 sec.
* Paladin T9 Tank 4P Bonus (Class: Paladin) -- Decreases the cooldown on your Divine Protection ability by 30 sec.
* Paladin T9 Retribution 2P Bonus (Righteous Vengeance) (Class: Paladin) -- Your Righteous Vengeance talent now has a chance for its damage to be critical strikes.
* Paladin T9 Retribution 4P Bonus (Judgement) (Class: Paladin) -- Increases the critical strike chance of your Judgements by 5%.
* Paladin T9 Holy 2P Bonus (Judgement) (Class: Paladin) -- Increases the duration of your Judgements by 101 sec.
* Paladin T9 Holy 4P Bonus (Holy Light) (Class: Paladin) -- Increases the critical strike chance of your Holy Light spell by 5%.


Priest

* Priest T9 Shadow 2P Bonus (Devouring Plague) (Class: Priest) -- Increases the duration of your Devouring Plague spell by 61 sec.
* Priest T9 Shadow 4P Bonus (Mind Flay) (Class: Priest) -- Increases the critical strike chance of your Mind Flay spell by 5%.
* Priest T9 Healing 2P Bonus (Prayer of Mending) (Class: Priest) -- Decreases the cooldown on your Prayer of Mending spell by 2 sec.
* Priest T9 Healing 4P Bonus (Prayer of Healing) (Class: Priest) -- Increases the critical strike chance of your Prayer of Healing spell by 5%.


Rogue

* Rogue T9 2P Bonus (Rupture) (Class: Rogue) -- Your Rupture ability has a chance each time it deals damage to reduce the cost of your next ability by 40 energy.
* Rogue T9 4P Bonus (Hemorrhage, Sinister Strike, Backstab, and Mutilate) (Class: Rogue) -- Increases the critical strike chance of your Hemorrhage, Sinister Strike, Backstab, and Mutilate abilities by 5%.


Shaman

* Shaman T9 Enhancement 2P Bonus (Lava Lash) (Class: Shaman) -- Decreases the cooldown on your Lava Lash ability by 2 sec.
* Shaman T9 Enhancment 4P Bonus (Stormstrike) (Class: Shaman) -- Increases the critical strike chance of your Stormstrike ability by 5%.
* Shaman T9 Restoration 2P Bonus (Riptide) (Class: Shaman) -- Increases the healing done by your Riptide spell by 20%.
* Shaman T9 Restoration 4P Bonus (Chain Heal) (Class: Shaman) -- Increases the critical strike chance of your Chain Heal spell by 5%.
* Shaman T9 Elemental 2P Bonus (Flame Shock) (Class: Shaman) -- Increases the duration of your Flame Shock spell by 61 sec.
* Shaman T9 Elemental 4P Bonus (Lava Burst) (Class: Shaman) -- Increases the damage done by your Lava Burst spell by 0.021 sec.


Warlock

* Warlock T9 2P Bonus (Class: Warlock) -- Increases your pet's critical strike chance with its abilities by 10%. (0 yd, cast: 0 seconds, val1: 10)
* Warlock T9 4P Bonus (Immolate, Corruption, and Unstable Affliction) (Class: Warlock) -- Increases the damage done by your Immolate, Corruption, and Unstable Affliction spells by 0.011 sec.


Warrior

* Warrior Melee T9 2P Bonus (Berserker Stance and Battle Stance) (Class: Warrior) -- Berserker Stance grants an additional 2% critical strike chance, and Battle Stance grants an additional 6% armor penetration.
* Warrior T9 Melee 4P Bonus (Execute and Slam) (Class: Warrior) -- Increases the critical strike chance of your Slam and Execute abilities by 5%.
* Warrior T9 Tank 2P Bonus (Intervene) (Class: Warrior) -- Decreases the cooldown on your Intervene ability by 5 sec.
* Warrior T9 Tank 4P Bonus (Shield Block) (Class: Warrior) -- Decreases the cooldown on your Shield Block ability by 20 sec.

At the moment this will be on PTR. I'll keep this updated if anything comes up and if I remember.
