I didn't get into the "Oh this gets over-riden by this" and blah blah blah.
If someone wants to go through and pick all of them out, go for it.
I just listed all the buffs we would get. _________________

Quote: | Also, we need to make sure that we are getting all the debuffs during raid. Something like faerie fire can really make a huge difference in dps, even tho it probably hinders a boomkin's dps. |
It does not hinder a boomkin's dps at all. Faerie Fire is a 5 minute debuff. It gets applied at the start of the fight and doesn't need to be re-applied for quite some time. _________________

Guys we need to pickup the recruiting again.
Everyone was doing an awesome job the last 2 weeks getting more recruitment apps in than ever before.
Let's try to continue that pace.
Even if it's something we don't need just have them apply, you never know when an amazing rogue or hunter might come along that we could replace a lesser skilled raider with. _________________

Not at all Adell.
Yes, we need to be more focused on bringing in applications based on PRIORITY
However, if a rogue or a hunter with outstanding gear was interested, just have them apply. There is always room to replace current members with more geared, experienced, and skilled players.
Not to mention the simple fact that if we bring in another rogue, or another hunter it creates more competition for a raiding spot. And in turn generally improves raid turnout and people pushing harder to do their job better. _________________

True.Good points. I understand that. I do think that some classes still need to be weeded through. Although some classes we really are set on for now.
I just think we're really starting to head in the right direction in terms of raid composition and maximizing raid buffs, and I would just like to see us continue doing that and maybe put a little more effort into what we really need. I don't want us to fall back into inviting like 6 mages or hunters bc it's all we have. I mean if that's all we have then so be it, just maybe recruits don't know what we really need. _________________
